I accept Mayo Insurance, and I am considered an Out-of-Network provider for all other insurances. For these companies, a billing statement can be used to submit to your insurance company. Out-of-network reimbursement may be possible depending on your insurance plan; a percentage of the session fee may be covered or may go towards your deductible. Contact your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits and if you want to apply them to our work together.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. We can discuss which format feels right for you. Additionally, at any point an in-person session can be changed to a virtual session.
